Abstract

This presentation will provide the audience with an overview of the high-content imaging applications employed to study some of the molecular mechanisms underlying cancer progression and chemotherapeutic resistance. The presentation will also offer illustrative examples to substantiate the discussed concepts, by focusing on the study of mitochondrial dynamics in high-throughput settings, including their morphology, their interactions with other organelles, and their turnover.
