QuPath for bioimage analysis
QuPath is open-source software with modest ambitions. Its original aim was to address a limited set of unmet needs in bioimage analysis, especially those involving whole slide imaging and digital pathology. Over the years, new features and a distinctive approach have made QuPath much more broadly useful – while still not trying to solve everything. This talk will introduce the software and highlight the latest QuPath developments, including how it can help when working with different imaging modalities and applications. It will also discuss QuPath’s relationship and integration with other tools and techniques, such as Fiji, Python, OMERO, SAM, StarDist, CellPose and InstanSeg.

This Virtual Pub is part of Euro-BioImaging's Image Data Community Days event that takes place online from April 7-11. If you are interested in image data analysis & management topics, and want to attend other sessions from the Image Data Community Days, see below for more information and registration.
