We are pleased to announce a very exciting upcoming training course from NEUBIAS and EOSC-Life - featuring multiple trainers from the Euro-BioImaging family. This course, entitled "Defragmentation: bringing BioImage Analysts to the cloud!" will focus on workflow-based image analysis and new integrated methods for cloud computing applied to life sciences. 

Here’s a brief overview of the program:

  • • BIA workflow case study
  • • Parallelization
  • • BenchmarkingThis course includes trainers from Euro-BioImaging, such as Euro-BioImaging’s Data Coordinator, Aastha Mathur, and colleagues from Nodes such as Julia Fernandez-Rodriguez (Swedish NMI), Christian Tischer (EMBL) Anna Klemm (Swedish NMI) & many Euro-BioImaging collaborators. In addition, the organization committee of this course includes Paula Sampaio & Gabriel G. Martins of our  PPBI - Portuguese Platform of BioImaging Node as well as Danish BioImaging's Clara Prats. We are really excited to be part of this fabulous training course.
