Administrator
The international Euro-BioImaging Bio-Hub team hosted by EMBL in Heidelberg, Germany, is seeking a dynamic individual with a background in administration and finance, ideally with previous experience in supporting international travel administration. This pivotal role involves supporting the Bio-Hub team in administering the finances of their growing portfolio of EU-funded projects as well as in supporting the organisation of external activities such as webinars, smaller in person events or training courses. Furthermore, the incoming candidate will support the successful international grantees in the new project run by Global BioImaging called “Imaging4All” (i4A) in their international travel booking and reimbursement. Global BioImaging Network Manager
The international Global BioImaging team, hosted by EMBL in Heidelberg, Germany, is seeking a dynamic individual with a proven record of scientific management experience and, ideally, imaging background. This pivotal role involves supporting and coordinating the network of Global BioImaging partners (www.globalbioimaging.org), contributing to strategic initiatives, supporting communication outreach and ensuring seamless execution of administrative functions linked to the GBI mission to advance bioimaging research worldwide. If you can help bolster our partnership management internally, foster strong relationships with GBI partners as well as support external communication activities, this role is for you!
